'Adoption Rate' flights to China?

Someone on the Yahoo! Adoption Group posted the follow. I have NO IDEA if it is true or not, but based on the replies, it seems that this is a well known secret (if there is such a thing.)

It said to call United International Reservations at 1-800-538-2929 and
reference
the code S*UAL/INTL-Adopt

Information that you will be asked to provide is:

Name and phone number of your adoption agency
Information from your INS 1-171-H
Completion date of your Advanced Processing
Location to which your approved Advanced Processing Application has been
forwarded
Proof of U.S. residency

So, between AA miles and United discounts, maybe we'll get some reasonable fares to China!
