Is This A Test You Can Study For?

We should be able to schedule our homestudy soon.....hopefully before we leave for vacation. We're sending off pictures (of us, friends, family, and our house) this week, and as soon as they receive those and a little more paperwork, we should be off and running. I think the Gladney people are impressed with how much research we've done, and how prepared we are. I know I'm impressed! Also, it should be noted that my Chinese is coming along much more quickly than the husband's. He had to call me last week to ask me how to say "Thank you". Now, if somebody could only tell me why the hardest word to pronounce is the word for "daughter", I would be a happier girl. Seriously. My mouth hurts just trying to form the word. Oh! I almost forgot: We were told this week that there ARE boys available, but before I could even get the words out of my mouth, he said: "Nope. Little girl."
